Simple efforts. Good taste.Less cooking time. I added some cashews slightly fried in ghee. A good raitha of Onion, cucumber, apple, G.chilly, tomato with curd matched very well.

Hello ma. I'm a senior citizen and forced to learn cooking due to my wife's frozen shoulder. Paradise biriyani of Hyderabad (rated as second best in India) Is a bench mark for me. I've tried many times but failed. Very nicely you explained the difference between Pulao and Biriyani. Yesterday I followed your recipe, tried in my Instant pot.
