நான் பல வருடங்களாக எனது வீட்டில் செய்யும் வகையில் சீரகம், பட்டை, லவங்கம், வெங்காயம் சேர்த்து சுவையான வெஜிடபிள் புலாவ் எப்படி செய்வது என்று காட்டியுள்ளேன். நீங்களும் செய்து பார்க்கலாமே.
Veg Pulao is a comfort food as well as satisfying. pair this mildly flavored aromatic veg pulao with a raita, pickle and roasted papad and you don’t need anything else. pulao is also called as pilaf and pulav.
Ingredients
எண்ணெய் / Oil - 150 ML
நெய் / Ghee - 1 Spoon
பட்டை, லவங்கம், ஏலக்காய், சீரகம் / Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Cumin Seed - ¼ Spoon
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 2
இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ Spoon
பீன்ஸ் கேரட் உருளை / Beans, Carrot, Potato - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கொத்தமல்லி , Coriander Leaves - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
உப்பு / Salt - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
தண்ணீர் / Water - 1¼ Cup
பாஸ்மதி அரிசி / Basmati Rice - 1 Cup

Super Anna பார்க்கும் போது சாப்பிட தோனுச்சு. கண்டிப்பாக செய்து பார்க்கிறேன். இன்னைக்கு நீங்க சொல்லி கொடுத்த சாம்பார் செய்தேன் என்னோட கணவர் குழந்தைகள் எல்லாம் ரொம்ப நல்லா இருக்குன்னு சொன்னாங்க நான் எப்படி செய்தாலும் வீட்டு taste தான் இருக்கும்but இன்னைக்கு உண்மையாவே hotel taste சாம்பார் செய்தேன் ரொம்ப சந்தோஷமா இருக்கு. thanks Anna.

Sir your recepies are really good. This pulav has come good and tasty. Suggest a better side dish. Recently I tasted a pulav from a catering person with the side dish like koottu may be like pumpkin+ coconut mixture like thick gravy. It was so fantastic with pulav. In fact it enhanced the taste of pulav. Please expecting the same as your next recipe. Thank you
