Ingredients for this recipe -
पालक की दाल
पालक - २ बन्च (५०० ग्राम)
मूंग दाल - ३ चम्मच
चना दाल - ३ चम्मच
मसूर दाल - ३ चम्मच
अरहर दाल - ३ चम्मच
उरद दाल - १ चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ + १ चम्मच
लहसुन (लंबा कटा हुआ) - १० से १२ कलियां
जीरा - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - ४ (आधी कटी हुई)
अदरक (कद्दू कस) - १ इन्च
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
टमाटर (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च - २, साबुत
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Dal Palak
Spinach - 2 bunch (500 gm)
Moong Dal - 3 table spoon
Split Chickpeas - 3 table spoon
Red Lentil - 3 table spoon
Tuvar Dal - 3 table spoon
Black Lentil (skinned) - 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder - ½ + ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 + ½ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Garlic (chopped long) - 10 to 12 cloves
Cumin seeds - 1 + 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 4, cut in half
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Tomato (medium size) - 1, chopped
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - 2, whole
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)

Another much sought after recipe. She never misses an important point while doing her narration effortlessly. You won't have to ask a dietitian about her methods. Anyone new to cooking could take these videos as cooking classes and can note the recipe s in the description box, also in English. I feel that Marwadi cooking and even Gujarati cooking have a sort of "edge " when it comes to veg cooking. I've seen her other videos and as a senior citizen would urge the young to take up cooking as essential knowhow. It could be a life saver.
