Thank you chef for this healthy dal palak recipe. I cooked this dal for lunch and oh my ! An authentic taste with flavour of palak and the tempering with desi ghee superb. I used home made garam masala. Full of protein and vitamin. This is going into my file. God bless you and family abundantly
