This video is about the H&H Comptuer mount for the Brompton T-Line. It is a simple upgrade, but it makes it easier to glance down and look at the directions. Simply by centering the mount, you are able to look down faster making it safer by allowing you to look back up at the road faster.

I've the same H&H Mount, Beeline Velo 2 + insert and even Spirgrips, so this is like looking into a mirror, LOL. The Velo can be placed into their custom adapter at any quarter position, so it doesn't matter what direction you mount their adapter on the H&H, other than it's nicer to have the 'b' logo on the Velo mount adapter face up :) More importantly, it should be mentioned that the H&H Gen 2 Cycling Computer Mount isn't made as deep as the stock T Line handlebar plate. So when mounting the H2H, one shouldn't strictly follow the Brompton recommended way to tighten the bolts (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oJN2dNZ2xNSUl2g.html) because if you do, you''ll end up with a huge gap on front side of the plate. Bolts 3 & 4 will not go deep enough into the lug, which is unsafe. I'd leave a small gap when tightening bolts 1 & 2, and then work all the bolts until I reach 3Nm on all of them while minimizing the gap in the front.

To prevent stripping, screw in in X pattern. No. 1 and 4, 1/3 of the way. Then switch to screws 2 and 2 and 3, 1/3 of the way then repeat til 3Nm.

Brompton advise tightnening the two bolts facing the rider, 1 and 2, then tightening 3 and 4, not an X pattern.

I got the same one but decided to swap it out since it interferes with my Restrap stem bag that sits pretty close to the stem. Maybe if I found some type of rising solution

I don't use the Quad lock since my iphone broke from using it. The iphone mount puts alot of vibrations through the phone which is why I would recommend a computer instead.

I bought mine for really cheap. You should check out other brands and try to get the widest torque range. I have three torque wrenchs but I use this little one the most lol.

Brompton have a nice video on the order of tightening the handlebar clamp. Bolts 1 and 2 closest to rider, then 3 and 4. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oJN2dNZ2xNSUl2g.html
