His interpretation is incredible, far from the best I have seen, only that in the end when he settled down I felt that the cut of the length of the note was very dry, maybe he made a mistake when stopping and settling down, I don't know, maybe it is like that, but in Personally, that cut was uncomfortable.

Most misunderstand what Chopin was trying to convey with this short only 2 min piece. It is not about death it is about life. It is about Woman giving birth, raising a child and finally releasing the child into the world. This profound sadness is because Woman knows everything. But most of all she knows suffering.

Such a beautiful and enchanting performance. Last year I had the pleasure of working on original compositions with musicians from around the world. This year, I'm dedicating my efforts to researching the lives of classical and romantic period composers and unveiling the inspiration behind some of their most interesting and enduring musical compositions. Frederic Chopin Born: Feb. 22, 1810 in Zelazowa Wola, Poland - Died: Oct. 17, 1849 in Paris, France Note: Birth Date According to Birth Certificate Found. Probable Inspiration behind Chopin's "Prelude in E Minor" 1. The phrase "Sleep tight" dates from Chopin's days when mattresses were supported by ropes that needed to be pulled tight to provide a well-sprung bed. 2. The Bartek Tree is one of the oldest oak trees in Poland. It is the national tree of Poland. 3. Chopin asked that his heart be removed from his body and sent back to his homeland. His sister honored his request. 4. Like most prodigies, as a child, Chopin dreamt of a normal childhood, but due to his respiratory problems and his constant piano studies, this dream was never realized. 5. Today, Prelude in E minor could be considered a death or suicide note. In Chopin's case, it was probably more of a deathbed gift, a gift made in contemplation of death. It was completed by 1839, 10 years before his actual death. 6. The Frederic Chopin Monument in Warsaw, Poland shows Chopin sitting under what appears to be the grand old Bartek tree.
