Socially Awkward KZfaq definitely pays more attention to titles than thumbnails. That's how the innapropriate 'kid's content' was able to slide by with innapropriate thumbnails as long as they had keywords like 'kid', 'children', 'counting', 'learning', 'fun', etc... even if it had nothing to do with the actual video.

I thought the ending was really non sequitor…it came out of nowhere and had nothing to do with the rest of the story. It would have been better if it just ended with the kid being traumatized from what he'd seen.

Are you people serious? The ending was not a twist or a came out of nowhere thing at all. It was totally expected if you actually listened and paid attention. He kept talking about how his uncle kenny killed someone, then mentioned that his grandfather used to live in the woods and killed people also. He says "I guess it runs in the family" so the hangman was either his uncle Kenny who escaped or it was his father. Listen to the song about how the hangman was caught so a new hangman has to replace him. His grandfather was caught, his uncle Kenny was caught so it was time the son Carries out the tradition.

This story was stinky. It had so much potential- but the author broke it up, totally changing the tone and build up, then went way into left field pulling some random “disturbing” ending out of their butt... had it stayed the course and finished what it had started, it could have been excellent. Smdh
