This is maharahtriyan brahman thali spices are different than other very authentic taste of thire cusions they are using simple masalas and main goda masala Very nice and so ummy 😋

Good thali for those who do dieting (very less quantity) and good for rich (i think it is very costly Rs 200/- for the quantity). Good for those who want to just "taste" food but not eat food.

Hi Alka! No doubt the Thali, particularly the unlimited one looking yommy. Mini batata wadas seem to be tasty too. My Weak point. Also Gulab jamun are my favorite. As said by someone above, the cost of thali seems to be slightly higher. But anyways, it's ok. Thanks for sharing. Warm Regards.

At the end of video. Give 2 minutes note to use leaf plates, earthen pots to cook. Avoid aluminum, avoid plastic plates, especially hot food.

We have table manners while having Maharashtrian Food. We don't use both the hands while eating. We keep left hand on the left lap. And use only right hand to pick the niwala. We pick the water glass with left hand and it is kept clean.

Try food in Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh) . Randomly go to any restaurant. You won't believe the taste. Seriously , Randomly go to any restaurant.

Advise hotels not to use Aluminum utensils, plastic plates, cups. Not good for health. Use Steel, Iron, brass, earthen Utensils.

Never have kharwas alka. Its made out of the first milk of the cow which is ideally the calfs right. Pls dont promote having it. We call cow the mother. Pls dont disrespect by having kharwas. I know people will not stop making it but we can do our bit by not having it. Otherwise nice video although i am not a great fan of Maharashtrian food

Thank you. You are correct, however I don't think that restaurants actually prepare it from the first milk as firstly it is not possible to source it in a bulk qty and secondly to prepare it daily for selling it in a big qty as it does not have a long shelf life. Restaurants usually prepare it by thickening milk by use of cornflour and other edible ingredients. Anyways, I appreciate your concern 🙏🏼

Nobody takes tights of calf .whatever is needed for baby calf is given and remaining used gor kharwas otherwise it is waste.we are not jihadi people who do atyachar on animals

Maharashtrian food has historical culture its not limited to what u get in hotels .marathi food veg and non veg are great in taste for that one has to visit rural homes where authentic foods prepared by village people !!

As per your concern nobody takes rights of calf . whatever is needed for calf is given and remaining used for gorkhawas otherwise it is waste we are not jihadi people to do atyachar on animals animals are family members we love them so much ❤
