Foxing isn’t as easy as some people would have you believe. There are a few things we can do to help sway the odds in our favour.

Excellent video. Last week on one of the warm evenings, t'wife was sat in our back garden lounge watching three hedgehogs munching bickies. I was in the front room on the computer, when t'wife screamed out that a fox was going for the hoggies. I dashed through, nearly breaking my neck en route, of course it had gone. Checked CCTV, bloody cat with a bushy tail!

Great Vid as usual guys. A couple of questions if I may please! When retrieving I see you guys use white light, is that because you can't film in red? I've no idea! I usually use red light because is doesn't disturb game as much. My other question is; when retrieving kills, do you carry your rifle? I have found a new target can pop at any moment, so like to be ready. Been caught out too many times especially when on waterfowl.

Hi Robin, I’m in the process of looking for a new caller. How are you finding the icotec gc500.? What run time are you getting from batteries? Are you using preloaded calls or your own?

It’s just the best thing since sliced bread if used correctly as part of fox control. I use the UK calls that came on mine from the shooting show. Speak to Rob Crampton at best fox call. Tell I sent you. He’ll look after you.

Hi Connor, I also use the GC500 with great success. I take out one battery from the caller when its stored at home, that way the batteries can't drain, or the unit can't be accidentally left on. I write a sticker on the caller when the batteries (lithium) are new, and get 4 months use easy.
