Choilas by default are prepared from buffalo meat. But there is a place in Dhobighat where Shyam dai, the owner, prepares it from duck meat. And, he’s been doing that for the past 24 years.

My girlfriend suggested to watch this episodes when I watch the first episode, to be honest I like the host very much and I told her too she is awesome and she is eating too much and so on I liked this episodes very much and I'm not a nepali but I do understand nepali I'm from India kerala love this show love nepal cultures and monuments go on with new colorful episodes and the best part in this show is the camera and editing a big hug to the people who handled the behind scenes 👌🏼 waiting for new wonderful episodes

this is one of the best attempts at a street food centric show i have seen on youtube, from india/nepal/pakistan. the way you guys pinpointed the location of the restaurant using google map was the nicest thing imo. most of the food vloggers from our region do not give a clear idea about how to find the places they are showing. your video shows that you clearly keep your food-loving viewers in mind and want to help them find good food. thanks a lot for happening. i'm glad i found this channel before my nepal trip. cheers from india.

There are a lot of beautiful girls in Nepal but best part of oshin is that she is excellent speaker . Yes i know her beauty has overshadowed her speaking talent for many but she is really good host , being a big time foody this show is buliding a long list of place to visit :) . keep it up 😀😉

I visited after 4 years and it has changed now. Loved the interior and place is cozy. I love visiting Shayam dai ko pasal. Still the taste is same and consistent. And battai was good. If i hear word haas ko choila Shayam dai is the first name that hits my mind.
