This maybe mostly true. The key too all success is the ability to seize Authority. Authority of yourself is more important then love. If you can not master yourself how do expect to master success. You need that itch that wont allow you stop. No one can give it you but there are ways to find it. If you are broken go find god. Pride will only bring you down during the hard times. Dignity is will on the other hand will carry you through. Life aint until your dead but you should be able to drink the wine you harvest and eat the bread. Ecclesiastes 8:15

@@nostradamus7648 Yeah, but exercising at work reduces your efficiency at that work. It would lower your wages, get you lower positions, and make you work longer hours, which indirectly prevents you from enjoying your loved ones as much due to increased stress and less free time. Even if you’re working for yourself, you would be able to accomplish just as much in a shorter amount of time if you weren’t on the treadmill, so you would have time to adequately work out as well as leftover time to spend time with your family.

@@atlas2674 I was very fortunate to advance rapidly in my career, but it took a toll on my marriage and eventually I was fortunate to find a therapist who primarily worked with Medical Doctors and other high achievers. The therapist gave me numerous examples of highly successful men who were nevertheless miserable in their 50’s and 60’s for a number of reasons. I was on the same self-defeating path paved by false assumptions and reinforced by maladaptive behaviors.
