Thanks for watching. In the process of making this video I did some looking around and found two things. One is a really nice model kit that seems to be out of production but the other is a nice project that uses some 3d printed files and a large red arcade button. The kit is Mobius models. They are still floating around. www.ebay.com/itm/296034870441 This is the other one but this doesn't show the 3d printed case. This video popped up in my recommendations, and as I watched through I was sure you were some big channel with tens of thousands of subscribers…. And then suddenly I was surprised to see it’s a small channel! I just wanted to say you make great content, and if you plan on becoming big on youtube you’re definitely capable of that :) Lastly, regarding the keyboard - for starters, perhaps companies could have a software that blocks anything you plug in *except* for pre-marked devices for whitelisting… I suppose hackers could then try mimicking your keyboard, but for that they would need to figure out it’s model (and you could hide the physical model name/even add fake ones)

as for how you protect against a wifiduck? a few ways, verified devices (that is, software that checks VendorID and other data about the USB device against a list of known corporate-approved purchases), noting multiple devices, checking typing rates (those things type way faster than any human possibly can) and probably a bunch more I'm unfamiliar with. That noted, regular Logitech Unified Wireless dongels have a Vulnerability in their radio chip that'll let you hijack them to send keyboard strokes. So, yeah, that's a thing....

After assembly, the light and touch work great, but I get no sound. Bit of an electronics noob, any suggestions on where the start troubleshooting? Thanks

Let's see here. Do you have good connectivity at both ends of the two wires that connect to the speaker? Can you use a meter and verify that Pin A3 from the RP2040 connects to A+ of the audio amplifier and Pin A2 connects to A- of the audio amplifier? I'd start with that.
