@@InanisMors i posted a link but it seems its deleted, just search for ransomware attack hospital. i heard about it somewhere but upon looking it up it seems in 2021 103 hospitals and other patient care facilities where victims. it has gone down though. in 2023 only 46 hospital systems suffered from attacks. so idk if theyre already in a spot to make jokes because i personally would take revenge hard if i was one of those people :p, and it takes only 1 of those people to find a weakness and exploit it.

I am deeply looking forward to a video on the (possibly) Black Cat attack on Optum which has essentially cut of pharmacies from filling prescriptions through Change Healthcare. Which a lot of ( or at least a lot of my) perscriptions are processed through. Because as a regular person and patient there has been no meaningful communication on what's happening or if data was stolen.

Who cares about getting trolled by the FBI if the FBI can't arrest them in real life and can't figure out their identity? I'm an American and a law-abiding citizen, yet I'm poor, and those hackers have millions of dollars. The FBI trying to troll a millionaire criminal hacker means nothing; they're fucking rich and can buy anything and have some other person take the fall for the crime if the worst happens.

A normal person or hacker would likely use Kali Linux. As for what operating system the FBI uses The FBI uses Microsoft Windows for most of its day-to-day operations. The FBI also uses laptops from various manufacturers, including Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, which usually have Windows operating systems. The FBI also uses specialized operational software, such as Tor, PGP encryption, Tails, and security suites like Endgame and HAKI. The FBI primarily operates using three software products: Oracle PeopleSoft HRS 9.2 Oracle Database 19c Drupal For me, I like Kali Linux, which I am switching to as my main distro for ethical hacking and other stuff, and Qubes OS for everything secure, file and password storage, and more.

Can the feds just put someone straight on the sanctions list or does it require a level or two of bureaucracy? I bet the latter and that it therefore takes time. That doesn't mean it's the only explanation of course.
