I got an invite letter from USCIS to apply for my naturalization. It was quite surprising and I think it indicates at least their intention to add more citizens/voters this year. I'm going to apply and see what happens. Will report on Facebook on the progress.

What are they doing with the filing fees we submit? Clowns. 🤡🤡 Wonder if contracting the work out to the private sector would speed things up and be more financially sound.

Maybe if the state dept and govt wasn't so consumed with bringing in millions of people illegally since Brandon came into office almost four years now the USCIS, NVC and state dept would be able to move things along faster.

What should we do? There is no signs of improvement of spousal visa for green card holders. Spouses has been waiting for 4-5 years and still no progress neither at the uscis(I-130) nor at the NVC(interview scheduling).

In the 1980ies you got your green card - regardless whether based on family or based on employment - in weeks - the same for the approval of the petitions for family or employment. US employers used that to hire foreign people through this process. But then it got longer and longer and suddenly it took 1-2 years. And then the US government and Congress installed those Non Immigrant Visas (I call them slave visas) named H-1B or L-1 to allow employers employ skilled candidates on a non immigrant basis with much shorter approval times but only valid working for that employer- Slave visas. So instead of making the green card process faster - they put more and more employees in non immigrant status. "Non immigrant work visas" which last for years are the real problem. The employer can always threaten you to get fired and you need to leave the US if this occurs and you do not find another employer petitioning for you in 90 days. This should have never have enacted.

I’m a US citizen and have a brother (who’s married and has kids) currently lives in Bolivia. He’s never step foot in the US or has any visas. I’m not financial stable to sponsor him. Is there an alternative way for him to get a green card/visa?

Dear Mr Hacking: If somebody comes to USA from a dictatorship ruled country and claims that if he returns to his country the dictatorship government of that country may force him to serve his military service in an organization which is defined by the government of USA as a terrorist organization, can he ask for political asylum in the USA and will that asylum request be accepted by USA?

@@HackingImmigrationLawLLC Dear Sir, please understand that showing your face in a live video show and discussing why you want to escape from your country which is ruled by a dictatorship regime while you are still in that country means arrest, torture, imprisonment and even death and execution.
