Having lived in Mexico what to know about Guadalajara. It is Mexico's 2nd biggest city after the capital, Ciudad de Mexico. It is in the State of Jalisco, whereTequila is the famous product.(it is also the home state of the most notorious cartel, Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación... so always go around with your hosts.They dont play around with their security, either.) Mexicans usually never serve fusion food. They offer their food to the visitors. Guadalajara is the home of Canelo Alvarez, the famous Mexican boxer. Mexican taco is not for those with high cholesterol, athritis, hypertension, and diabetes (Mexican Coca Cola is sweeter than US CocaCola.) Mexican hosts love Chef JP and Camille because they are respectful and appreciative. Thanks Chef... kanami gid sang ginhimo mo sa Mexico.

We live a stones throw away from Tijuana, Mexico and have crossed the border many times to do community service and medical missions there but squeamish to try these specialty foods. Authentic, traditional tacos is all for me…

I don't know why I felt a bit sad for your wife, Camille, when the other girl get her tacos and keep staring yours. Its better if you let her get your other taco and both of you bite them at the same time. But, I still enjoy this video. Keep it up Chef!

Chef some of the captions were off. I can help if you want to have it correct. Like plancha instead of blanche, pastor and not pastel…I worked with 95% Hispanic so medyo familiar ako sa words and I work in a big tortilla company here.
