1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter at room temp
1/4 cup fresh cream at room temp
for sponge
4 egg
1/2 cup sugar 100g
1 tsp essence vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 cup flour 125g
whipping cream 1/2 cup
for milk syrup
1 + 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup condense milk
1/4 cup whipping cream

Done this a couple of days ago and it was absolutely amazing, though I have to use only 3 eggs instead of 4, used cake flour instead of APF and a bit of instant pudding in the cream for topping to last longer its stiffness then kept in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this recipe, best served chilled. Thanks.

For anyone making this cake sponge, I've a really nice recipe that is used by bakers. Only eggs, vanilla essence, flour and sugar is added. Baking soda and baking powder are optional. Just beat the eggs until the bowl is full of fluffiness or bubbles. I added 3 eggs, 2 cup flour, 1 cup sugar 2 drops vanilla essence and a bit of baking soda/powder I my sponge was sooo soft and fluffy just like bakery one

I made this it turned out so delish.. I recommend u trying.. But here's a tip.. Make the caramel in the end.. When everything else is done.. Meaning when the cake is done.. Then make the caramel cuz i made it in the first place just. Like she did.. It hardened when i was done making the cake n then i had to melt it by putting water in it on lowest flame.. N keep on stirring the caramel when it's cooking otherwise it'll crystallise n u don't want it to crystallise do u.. N if any crystal appears during stirring then simply break em
