Literally just keep your hair in for long, that’s how it grows. Leave in your hair braids for about a month and 1/2 or two months and watch the tremendous growth above the braid strand. I leave my braids on for like two months, with nice oils and I get about 2 and a half inches. If you do if for a year you’ll get about 6 inches a year. THATS THE SECRET GUYS. Just try it once. My hair used to be short and it’s almost at my waist!!!! God bless

Thanks so much for these REAL and practical tips. We've all heard the same ol same "tips" from the other KZfaq ladies, no shade but they all say the same thing. You really emphasized holistic health which I think is KEY for healthy hair. Healthy, long, strong hair can't come from an unhealthy body. Get your hormones together, eat those greens, drink all the water, exercise, massage your scalp, listen to your hair and body to give them what they need and last but not least... RELAX! The hair is gonna grow, leave it alone as much as possible and watch it do it's thing. Love these tips, Sis! Thank you for sharing!

Tips: 1. Start and end the day with a yoga pose. 2. Keep your ends tucked away. Use bobby pins instead of elastics. 3. Drink tea, especially green tea, tumeric and cinnamon. 4. Develop a night time routine, e.g. redo twists, keep ends moisturized and sealed, etc. 5. Have goals and be consistent in your regimen.

Hi Elaine, Kale is full is Keratin and many other essential vitamins that promotes hair and nail growth as well has healthy skin. My mom grows hers in her garden. She makes a Cesar salad with it. She also sautees it with shrimp, garlic, peppers and scallion. You can also blend it to make a green juice.

Hair goals 😍😍😍 I have fine hair and recently started incorporating a lot of these tips a month ago. I can’t wait to see how my press n curl comes out at the end of November. I’ve challenged myself to finger detangling only and no denman brush (which I love) but I want to see if I retain even more length. I love YOGA!! I need to get back into it.

Tea can be harmful for people with anemia. Tea tends to strip the body of iron and if your iron deficient tea may not be the best remedy to use
@cfoster6804
@cfoster6804 5 жыл бұрын
Didn't know this. I'm anemic. I'll have to look into this. There are tons of different types of teas so when you say tea strips iron my question to you is which ones??
@lydiay5191
@lydiay5191 5 жыл бұрын
@@cfoster6804 I don't know which specific ones. I am anemic and my hematologist told me to limit my tea consumption due to it can strip the body of iron. So if there is a tea that doesn't please let me know. Because I am a tea lover and tea consumer, I love all teas.

Hibiscus tea has iron
@lst_sunrise
@lst_sunrise 5 жыл бұрын
Studies have shown green tea, white tea, black tea, oolong tea ( there is a long list of teas), and caffeinated beverages. These decrease non heme (plant based) iron absorption. Tannins in tea interferes with non heme iron by combining with it and making it less available for absorption. The higher the amount of tannins the lower the availability of non here iron will be. There are other substances that effect iron absorption such as oxalates, polyphenols, and chlorogenic acid for example. Heme (animal and seafood based) iron is less effected than non heme iron. Vitamin C helps iron absorption. It's best to drink tea at least a hour before and a couple hours after a meal. Also it said to avoid over steeping tea bag. I hope this helps. Peace love and blessings

@@IndigenousStrandz11 Me neither! My hair is already soooooo frizzy even with gel whether store bought or diy. And I love my flaxseed gel ❤️...I kinda agree with the original comment as well. I prefer not to do yoga either because to me it's like worshipping an idol. I'm a Catholic and never believed in yoga. It just seems evil to me🤷🏽‍♀️...I prefer to exercise regularly which also stimulates blood flow to the scalp and use stimulating essential oils like rosemary, peppermint, lavender and sage. Also thyme essential oil. The oils are enough for me together with exercise 🙂
