🤩I know that this is a SUPER late comment and I do hope that you see it. I just wanted to say that of ALL the videos I have searched for on the Capillary Schedule you are the first and only person (to my knowledge), that mentioned a very important point. The Capillary Method relates to MASKS! I was so confused by all the videos that spoke of Hydration, Nutrition, Reconstruction and what each comprised; the different schedules depending on hair porosity; etc. Other than your first video on this topic, nobody else mentioned that the Hydration, Nutrition and Reconstruction was about the hair mask you use! 💡Thank you! 🙏🏽🫶🏽It all makes total sense now!

What prepoo treatment on your ends do you use? And after you use a mask do you use a separate conditioner or is the mask conditioner enough?

I actually have a video coming tomorrow about pre-poo and what exactly I use, so that should answer your question! And yes I do use a conditioner after the mask, a mask acts more as a treatment where as the conditioner conditions your hair and seals in the mask treatment.
