💕Haircare tips I swear by💕 1. Using Fenugreek + moringa in my deep conditioner. This reintroduces strength into the hair shaft after a long exposure to the elements, heat styling, or manipulation. It also protects the protein bonds in the hair, enhancing the texture and elasticity so the hair strands aren’t brittle (easily broken). 2. Only trim when needed: While trimming helps remove damaged hair lengths, reduces tangling and breakage, doing it more often won’t make your hair grow any faster. It is good practice to trim damaged lengths as needed. Check the chart at the end of the video on when to trim while retaining length. 3. Use hair clips or jar claws instead of hair ties. I had the learn the hard way. The pressure of hair ties overtime causes damage to your hair shaft where the ties is, which usually is the middle of your hair and you will need to cut it all off! Save yourself the trouble! 4. Use ayurvedic herbs to oil the lengths your hair and for scalp massages. This strengthens your hair follicles and stimulates hair growth. Fenugreek, moringa and ayurvedic herbs are non negotiable when it comes to HairCare for me.
