Bonjour Everyone!
In this quick video I will show you how to make soup joumou. This video shows how to make the soup without meat. Instructions for making the soup with meat are added as well.
Ingredients:
Squash
Celery
White Beets
Potatoes
Cabbage
Scallions
Fennel
Malanga
Chayote
Carrots
Leeks
Spices:
Parsley
Thyme
Cilantro
Soup Base
Paprika
Seasoned Salt
Black Pepper
Bay Leaves
Turmeric
Garlic Powder
Cloves
