Been listening to this weekly for the last six years. I came to it just after a childhood friend from my neighbourhood died, and hearing you sing about your friend on this song and album really hit me in that moment. I think he would have loved this song because we're from a similar place to East London, and I think about him every time I listen. Thank you, Hak, this is timeless music.

He rocked up and partied with the lads like a normal geez till silly o'clock. I wasnt even there but what a legend....hit him up, u never know!

This is so nostalgic for me, miss the days of the early noughties when london was london! The fashion, the accents, the chicken shops, the estate rivalries, the music, then when i was a little older fridge niggtckub, se One, brixton mass etc. They were the days. Trains down to brighton or bognor, the upper class purged London ahd now it's just a rich boys playground, chain restaurants and eceryone wearing the same clobber... And vintage footy shirts 🤢
