This dish may be very simpol, but we made it more delicious with lemon butter sauce!
Serves 3 to 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
½ kilogram medium shrimps, head and tail on
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup clear soda
1 tablespoon minced ginger
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
INGREDIENTS:
1 piece lemon juiced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Dash of black pepper

Bat ba parang galit kau s pag comment na "complicated" ung dish ni Chef? Pde nmn mag criticize ng maayos.. love love lang walang hate haha merry Christmas! Basta ako trip ko ung style ni Chef.. I've watched a lot of cooking vids and i end up following his style. Just do ur own without hating nkakadagdag po ng wrinkles yan✌️😉

Che Tatung, alam ko wala naman kinalaman sa niluluto mo tong tanong ko, ano ginawa nyo sa buhok nyo kasi ang ganda ng pagkaka shade? wala n rin kasi akong buhok. thanks

Dapat 1-pot recipe lang ito at hindi separate yung sauce. Nawala na yung original essence ng dish tuloy.

@@dcardigan13 Matamis dahil dun sa ginger. Matapos na mapait. ginaya ko lang ung recipe. Pero iba iba nmn kasi tayo panlasa.. para sakin di nmin nagustuhan lasa.
