I hope you guys enjoyed this YLIA duet, featuring the beautiful voice of the incredible Idrys! This anime hit me in the FEELS and I’ve been trying to make a song for it for so long lmao, I’m so glad I was able to finally put something together! The number of times I was struggling not to cry writing this at 3am is not something I wanna disclose to you guys shh you saw nothing

…who gave you fucking permission to make me cry over something I haven’t ever even heard of before? That was so hauntingly beautiful. I’m going to curl up with my giant penguin plushy and cry manly tears now. In all seriousness though, listening to this reminded me so much of my closest friend, who passed away three years ago. This his really close to home since her birthday is in a little over a week and she’s been on my mind a lot recently. Thank you for this experience. Genuinely.

When I heard you first on the Ladies of the anime cypher, I thought of you as a badass cold-hearted BAR machine. You made my heart beat in a different way with this song. I can feel the disappointment in Idrys's voice, and the sadness in yours. This song hits home, and home is not somewhere sweet. Thank you for making this Hala and Idrys.

This anime hits really close to home because playing piano since childhood does come with the risk of just COMPLETELY losing the ability to hear the notes (not to this extent) or just even not being able to love what you play on your own.... Happened to me..... And completely being real... I'm crying...... Cried back when Zach released his version as well...

I chose a great year to finally watch this anime. First Zach and now Hala and Idrys. You really could've made something bombastic for Kaori, but you decided to hit us all in the feels. I sincerely appreciate it. This is so beautiful.

This is just another example of your versatility. Just look at the the last few songs-the unnervingly charming Esdeath, the badass bop of Nobara, and this hauntingly beautiful and loving ballad. No contest, in my top 3 nerdcore artists. You’re amazing! PS, that feat was an awesome touch, taking the final chorus into a duet for those tears running.

Wow, this has me crying, this was stunning. The lyrics are phenomenal, moving. Your vocals Hala, always on point. IdrysLTS, amazing, such a soothing voice. But you two together, dueting, now that's something different, so emotionally amazing. And lastly, that violin at the end, JoylinMusic did wonders on it, like wow.
