Halasinakayi happala/jackfruit pappad /pelakkayi pappad is popular and it is common in tulunadu,karavali region. Generally in jackfruit season we prepare jackfruit pappad and also it is very common in tulunadu villages and it is stored for year. The original taste of this pappad will get when we fried it in coconut oil. Try this tulunad taste guys.
Ingredients:
Grown Jackfruit
Salt
til (sesame)
Jeera
