Varieties of Jackfruit recipes are prepared during jackfruit season. This is a tasty, crispy chips made out of jackfruit. Very simple recipe. Just chop the jackpods into uniform pieces and fry them in hot oil. You can add salt water at the end or add salt& chilli powder after taking out from oil.All jackfruits may not be suitable for making chips. The jackpods which are thin, comes out cripsy. Don't use thick & spongy jackpods for preparing chips.
It is accompanied with evening tea/coffee or as a time pass snack.

I remembered my childhood memories of going to my native place,Kadtoka and Karki,Uttar Kannada.We used to have these chips.Very tasty.Thank you,Bhatre for reviving those memories
