ingredients:-
.500 gm all purpose flour
.80 gm ghee
salt to taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds
.100 gm dhuli moong dal
1/2 cup gram flour
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp saunf
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 litter oil for frying
