भंडारे वाली हलवाई जैसी कद्दू की खट्टी मीठी सब्जी | Halwai style kaddu ki Sabji | Kaddu ki Sabzi | Chef Ashok
Ingredients:-
1.2 kg pumpkin
1 piece ginger
3 green chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp methi seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 red tomato
1.5 tbsp mustard oil
1 red chilli whole
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
1 tsp dry mango powder

Sir, i always like your simple and very unique presented recipes. We usually make south indian dishes only, but whenever it comes to North Indian, I always look for yor receipes only. Just a few days back i have tried your Kadai paneer recipe and was really superb and just tasted like restaurant one. Now iam definitely going to try this halwai style kaddu sabji. All perfect receipes and i just love them.

Sir, I love Bhandare Wali Puri, although KZfaq has many videos of it they all use Ghee for Moyan which I feel is not added in the actual puris as they are stiff and crispy, but not soft like Moyan puris at least in our areas they are also thicker in size than normal puris. Van you please share the recipe for authentic bhandare wali puris.
