Pretty shocked at all the lame comments below. I appreciate your video man and I side w/ the nofap lifestyle. A lot of people are really close minded and shocked when they come in contact with this idea for the first time because it's something they're so dependent upon and addicted to (as I did and was) but sexual energy is very powerful and when it's held within the body and not released relentlessly it will indeed change the way you feel about life and yourself. People don't understand what overproduction of dopamine through pornography and masterbation really does to your brain and your overall mood, etc.. anyway. Thanks for sharing man. You sir have changed my life. I watched this video for the first time on December, 22nd 2016 and that started the journey. From there i kept relapsing and i still was not in a good place. Then on december 10th of the next year i had enough. I did cold showers in addition to nofap as well as no more pot. I feel the difference, like you said, night and day. Without God showing me this video, i would still be the same beta male i always was. But now i no that if i keep up with it, i will become the MAN i have always dreamed of. Thank you so much. SOmetimes i cry, not because i am sad but because of how happy i am with life.

Froxic for a lot of people doing NoFap, it's because watching and/or masturbation has become an addiction. Some people can have a wank every now and they are normal functioning members of society, doesn't affect them. For those of us that can't seem to do a day without stroking, it's a real problem. Problems attributed tonover-use porn/flapping may include: social anxiety, social awkwardness, fear of interaction with the opposite sex, fear of rejection, low drive, laziness, being a pussy beta male, not wanting to interact with people in general, etc. It's different for anyone addicted, but similar themes like these persist. So for people who take on the NoFap challenge (rather, lifestyle), it's simply guys/women who want to get back control over their lives as many are held back on their true potential in life because of this addiction. I myself have noticed major changes by abstaining from porn and fapping. Things such as being more productive, being more talkative around people, and making an effort to make further self improve.

I wish I knew all about this No Fap shared info 10 years ago, my life could have been very active, joyful, fantastic and successful. Sometimes I just unconsciously experienced no fap on my own (without hearing, watching, reading on Internet about nofap), and for 1 week of nofap, and i realized so much energy and focus that I had (for the exams/interviews), but after a while the habit came back.... Now i have more foundation and confident to confirm the truth benefit of no fap. Today marks my 1st day of the journey, and I committed from now on. I've been addicted to porn for many years, and honestly... it has ruined my life. The amount of depression and social anxiety I face is devastating. I used to be this healthy young adolescent who didn't suffer from any of these attributes. I could make friends, talk to girls, not stutter in between sentences, ask questions and most importantly; be myself! That is why I decided to give it up yesterday.
