We INFJ's are very good at doing this - One of my friends labeled me a long time ago a 'moving target'...it's helped me to survive a lot of crazy scenarios! Funny b/c I also have been a 'stand out' a lot for certain other unique or specific qualities but if I need to go 'ingognito', I am super good at that. It's a great survival skill. Exactly, last year I wore normal clothes and had a six pack. I got a lot of attention from both women and men, drunk men tended to be very aggressive toward me. Since I've got fatter, grown a scraggly beard and shit hair and some of my clothes have holes, in people ignore me like I have the plague. They think I'm homeless which is the way to go for avoiding attention.

Especially in cities, there's so much stimulus going on that your mind is often attracted to something that then doesn't emit as much as its surroundings. Now this may just be the way they walk or the way they're holding themselves, or even because of the way that they dress so plainly. Another issue with the whole grey man idea is that in most worst case scenarios people will see everyone not in their group of trusted as a potential threat and victim all in one as those who don't seem like a threat may very well just be hiding how dangerous they are so trying to blend in is as subtle as the guy screaming at the top of his lungs, covered in blue body paint and dress in a neon pink tutu, waving a machete above his head in these scenarios that people think being a grey will help,
