My older brother used your videos to teach himself to play the ukulele and I was so inspired by him that I looked for one myself(yes, I'm THAT kind of little sister). This is a more intricate version than I learned. I think I'll be practicing this way from now on. It was my first song on the uke! I'm stoked to ramp it up a bit.

By the way, I homeschool my kids because I work from home, and unless you start eating live animals online or something odd like that, you're their teacher. They like you, too, and you have lots of credibility with them because you once appeared holding a Spongebob ukulele. Very important stuff. Their names are Jack (8) and Luke (4), so if you could mention them in a future video, that would be awesome. They think you're pretty cool. Thanks for the great lessons and the great attitude. I'm learning, as well, and you make it a metric crap-tonne of funness.

I bought a ukulele because I love the sound of strings but didn't have the time or money for a guitar or teacher! I thought it would be really limited because of how small it is... How I was wrong (and I'm a small person so I know how the the Uke feels). The Uke is amazing, I can't wait to learn more songs from your videos they are so helpful and put clearly! For beginners, if you're having trouble going from the G to the Em, just go to an Em7 by lifting your third finger. I found it a lot easier, and it sounds basically the same.
