The way this bigger Michael moved like he was possessed and you could literally see the anger with the way he chased the people around the corners. Dr Loomis came through also. Since we are in the topic of giant spiders, especially ones as big as a table or close, whenever you guys get time if you haven't seen either, Syfy's "Ice Spiders," and "Spiders" (2000). The ice spiders, yeah, they you kinda get away from. I would choose cemetery over a haunted house. A house, one that oneself most likely knows nothing about both inside and out can lead to a lot of issues. A cemetery you have a vast amount of room to run around, hide, strategize, and escape. Not everyone buried there is bad either. Who knows, you might meet Casper. It also depends on what type of cemetery as well. Also R.I.P. Donald Pleasence. He passed away months before the film released into theaters, which was just it's anniversary on "September 29."

This movie was when Dimension pictures the Weinstein Brothers took over the franchise, one of which has been infamous disgraced, Halloween 6 is a weird one, I admire the effort homework research the writer put in, they tried to tie everything together, to make it work and explain, it was hadn't well and a messy movie, if your curious there's an alternative version called The Producers Cut.

Fun fact: The original plot of the film is what convinced Donald Pleasance to sign back on, calling it the best script he's read since the original. The movie went through a lot of reshoots (None of those reshoots had Dr. Loomis because Donald Pleasance died after original production ended) which left plot points taken out, screen time being diminished. And all because the test screening of the original tested poorly among a group of 14 year old boys. Audiences hated the film, Critic's hated the film. When I went to see the movie, the audience booed the ending. The reason why Loomis' screen time was limited was because the director of the movie found Donald Pleasance to be boring and that is coming from the director of The Skulls 2.

Them killing Jamie Loyd, Danielle Harris's character is still THE most hated thing from fandom. If I remember correctly she had issues with that, justifiably so. The writers screwed Danielle, but paid for it bc this became the most disliked film in the franchise. I never liked the look of Michael Myers in this one. He looked pudgy and out of shape. That walk he had chasing the girl & boy across the yard always looked funny and weird to me LOL. Donald Pleasence was not well while filming this, But soldiered on to try & help the movie. Its So cool to look back and see a young Paul Rudd aka AntMan before his fame. Cast wasnt bad, but other than the girl, Dr Loomis, Paul Rudd as Tommy was my favorite in this one.

There are actually 2 versions of this movie the theatrical cut and the producers cut, the one you just watched was the theatrical cut which is the one that was given an official home release and was shown in theaters and the one most people have seen. The producers cut was rare and only available as a low quality bootleg for several years until it was given an official release recently. The producers cut was the one showed to test audiences and they didn't like it cause it had less Gore and they didn't like the curse of thorn stuff so the film makers cut out lots of scenes, added gorier and bloody death scenes, cut out most of the curse of thorn stuff, and completely reshoot the ending, thus the theatrical cut was born

This is the theatrical cut, The Producer's Cut has more Jamie Lloyd and explains a lot more stuff story wise. The Producer's Cut is almost like a whole other movie, but it's still not too good unfortunately. It's worth a watch, though.

This was the first one I saw in theaters. Now you understand the man in black's role. In Halloween 5, they just shoved him in the movie and actually had no clue what the character is, or his motives. Yeah the director of this one was a fan of the series and wanted to tie everything together. This one they trying to explain whu michaelmyers still alive. Why he's doing this.
