Aqua Net aresol is what I would use. I used to use it on my art projects. And my hair in the 80's 😊

Just an idea , last year I bought something online that I did not know was covered in glitter. I purchased a gun metal matte spray paint, and painted it... it turned out awesome. I did have to go over it twice so that the glitters didn't shed. But I have not had an issue with it since. Just an idea.... not sure If it will work for u or not. 😊

Aquanet, ma'am. That's the hairspray you need.

We make tumblers. The best thing to keep the glitter on is a clear coat spray paint.

On the items I get that have glitter on them such as your bats I use Minwax water based Polycyclic or Varthane water based Polyurethane. I use a brush to apply it. I use it because it holds the glitter in place and still keeps the sparkle. If I want the glitter to have it's high shine I'll use the glossy but for most everything I use the satin finish. I like the water based because it dries quickly so if I want to put more than one coat I can do so without a long wait. I've used these when I would seal ornaments I made and painted by hand and it has not yellowed over time.

My best recommendation for the hairspray is borne from experience. I find that the cheaper the better, and the pump hairspray holds better than aerosol. I just get some usually at Dollar Tree. They have an unscented White Rain that works well usually. The bats are too adorable. Love those.

If you don’t want the glitter at all you can spray paint the bats a solid black color. Otherwise, just get a good super or mega hold hairspray ad you should be good 😊

I’m curious which pumpkins look the most realistic the ones from wayfair or Kirklands? I don’t have a Kirklands in my state so I’m unable to really look at them.

I know you said you got the sweater in a larger size but not sure how much I should go up? What size did you get?
