This class leans into some of the funnier yoga asanas and pranayama, such as Bumblebee Breath, chair Goddess pose, and Dead Bug pose. Hoping to bring a little levity as well as relaxation into your day! Please always listen to your body and only practice movement and stretching if you are able to on any particular day. Effective pacing and stabilization of symptoms are highly recommended before taking part in this class. If anything does not feel right in your body, please always stop immediately.
