a calisthenic master teaching break dance and actually dance better than most bboy good game guy, good game

I would see powermoves generally as a calisthenix like movement and without music, attitude, style, etc. it would not be considered breaking in my opinion.

Simonster was a powermove master long before his calisthenics stuff.

I did this one time on accident...got hit by a car. Then I had to wear a halo... 😇 Almost permanently. My chiropractor strongly advises against this one...he says that a 50 year old man. Shouldn't be doing this kind of stuff. Little does he know...I'm working on my back bridge into handstand. But don't tell no one... They might have me institutionalized or something. My neighbors think somethings wrong with me...always out in the yard doing handstand walks and push ups and cartwheels...and flips. Their really gonna think im bonkers doing this one. Can't wait to try it out.

1 year late, recommend you to learn a headmill first since a halo is kinda similar to a headmill or a much more simple one, headspins
