I have used the stock halogen bulb in my i10 since the last 10 years. The bulbs had become weak so yesterday, I changed them to 6000K LED light. The light is fantastic. Nice throw and brightness. But I have decided to install halogen fog lights in the car as well because the LEDs are too bright for the eyes so a halogen fog light just combines with the white light and creates a warm, soothing light...

I changed to LED from projector headlamp in my Venue from the dealer ship itself, but I see these are bright but for short distance only. Recently on highway we had problem in driving as visibility with LED lights are poorly lit. I checked with dealership and they said with LEDs there should not be problem. In city drive I don’t face any problem but on highways it’s pain. I’m thinking to shift to HID for Venue is it recommended. I see Hyundai also released it as part of accessories.

In rainy season and misty night yellowish halogen helps, even whitish philips light cause difficulty. Those who have halogen don't try to replace it with LED. Fit additional LED bar with separate switch and upgrade Ah of battery when replacing battery. Only one request fit LED bar only at left side even it looks unsymmetrical (because it won't cause much difficulty to opposite driver). If possible use combo type. In unnecessary circumstances use a cover so police won't fine you. Rules are getting tighter so additional light is better than using relay and upgrading head lights.
