Hamburg, I wish I had more time... (a Germany travel vlog)

So many things accomplished in such little time. I ate German Mac and cheese, Käsespätzle. I went to so many cafés, you have to visit the last one that I mention. I walked around and visited so many of its gorgeous sights. I finished my book which left me flabbergasted. I fell head over heels for Hamburg's harbour, its lakes, and its canals. Hamburg has everything for everyone. What a delight of a city. Tag along as I compliment this city to end and back and whine about how little time I have. Enjoy this Hamburg vlog.

LOVE YOUR VLOG. I'm heading to Hamburg in June for 2 weeks. and totally agree with you that only having 2-3 days in any destination makes it impossible to really get the vibe and any sense of what locals experience.

You really should try Käsespätzle in Swabia or Bavaria. They are soooo much better, than what I could see in your pan. Also, everyone (tourist) thinks the salad is just meh, but it is essential. A fork full of Käsespätzle with salad together. Actually pour the salad as is over the dish. The acidity and freshness of the salad is ideal to counter the heaviness of the Käsespätzle. It also changes the dish completely...for the better. Käsespätzle have to be creamy and if they aren't, you are in the wrong place. ;-)

Where did you sleep? I just checked, Hostel prices are around 19 euros a night in a 4 bed room
