Crafted for true aviation lovers, the Khaki Pilot Auto evokes the spirit of exploration and adventure of the Khaki. Powered by the H-10 automatic movement with an 80-hour power reserve and Nivachron™ balance spring, the 36mm versions answer the trend for smaller watches. While up to the standards of precision for the cockpit, these more compact designs lend themselves to life in the skies and on terra firma. The Khaki Pilot Auto pairs a white leather strap with a silver white dial and special Super-LumiNova coating for greater readability.

The blue dial in 42mm is excellent, too! Do you think you’ll pick up the 36mm? The 36mm blue dial comes in a steel bracelet, correct?

When it comes to watches, i would say Quiet luxury are mostly go towards Micro Brands like Zelos, Baltics , Rze . Using epic materials and high quality watches but within affordable prices and does not have an epic heritage or history like the mainstream brands... Hamilton is one of the most popular brand in the world like Tissot. But it would be an entry level of good swiss watch! But i guess the name " luxury " is subjective. It depends from person to person. Starbucks can be quiet luxury to some people and drinking them everyday would be extravagant .

Oooooh yeah, that's a great point I think Wise Watches out of Thailand is quite a luxury It's very stealth wealth You buy the privilege of experiencing a super high-quality product, And they are still super affordable if you are knowledgeable enough to know what you're getting for your money Man, such good points Great comment 🥃

$1000 is a bit overpriced, let's be honest here. Really nice watch though, specificaly in this colourway, just not worth the money for what you get.

It is a bit price heavy. I agree I think this watch will be a lot more interesting if an AD gets you a 20% Or in a year or two, when they start hitting the gray market Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and share your opinion 🙏🏼🍺

to be quiet luxury a thing needs to be luxury, and "affordable" cannot be luxury by definition, hence "affordable quiet luxury" makes no sense. most luxury watchers are "quiet", see e.g. A. Lange Sohne.

I agree. I mentioned that in the video Affordable Quiet Luxury “maybe” a contradiction The only counterpoint I would make is that affordable is subjective You might think $1000 is affordable, but to many, it isn't. I can afford to spend $100 on a white T-shirt made with cotton from a Japanese lume, but a $100 white T-shirt is still considered quiet luxury 🤷🏻♂️ I would argue this Hamilton to many mught seem too quiet to command $1000 price tag Yet it is more affordable than Langa, but Langa is not quiet, lol There's a lot of moving targets there 😆 Thank you for sharing your point of view; you made me think more critically on the subject 🥃🥃🥃
