No-bake cheesecakes are something I also like to sometimes make since they're easy, but I learned the hard way that you're supposed to start with room-temperature cream cheese, lol. My first time also resulted in tiny lumps. I don't have a hand mixer either, which would greatly help. It still tasted great, but room-temperature cream cheese makes it easier to blend and make it smooth, my mom told me 😊. I'm happy you and your husband still were able to enjoy your cheesecake!

Thank you for your question, Rebecca. Fortunately, his office has a microwave. So he can eat a warm bento every day.But it's common to eat them unheated in Japan.

I love how all of these look, and I definitely want to try them, but it bugs me a little that you call them corn dogs. There's no cornmeal. If someone gave me these and called them corn dogs I'd be surprised. I'd still eat them, though.
