How can You open or relax the LES (lower Esophagus Splincer) so food can pass from the Esophagus into the stomach for people with Achalasia? I really need to know this. Thanks for Your video's.

I have severe stomach problems with trapped gas and the vertigo gets even worse if I can't release it Si I guess stomach problems and vertigo can be related Thank you for sharing . . . I'm so happy there are people like you in the world🥰
