First of all, mostly all hate endurance training without a ball.
But implementing as much relevant element from the sport, in this case shooting on a keeper, and have a reaction of movement makes it more interesting for the players but also more relevant than just run back and forth. We need to run with our players. But make it specific and relevant and they will not even identified with sucky endurance training.
