There is no much sense to try this feint in close defense systems like 6-0. Why? You need a room beside defensive player and in close systems you could be easily caught into foul. Zig zag feint is actually double feint. After classic passing body feint, attacker changes his direction, dribbles and that gives him three more steps to perform jump shot.

Superb feint. But he takes 5 step to throw the ball ..is it correct..?

It depends how close to the goal you are and what angel your coming at. If you’re close enough then you just jump on your third step and skip the part where you bounce the ball. But if you’re coming from the middle and are going outwards then you should bounce the balls and take two steps inward.
