@@Kaijuus even manufacturing pre-modernisation required a lot of skill. Assembly lines today are very specialised and these guys have mastered loads of skills to make components from scratch. I'm also considering that they have basic tools. However, as my comment implies still think the overall process is backward and doesn't produce products that are to modern quality and safety standards. There is a reason why we have moved away fabricating components from scratch as the outputs are variable.

не поверишь, ты угадал. Полгода проработал на УАЗ и прошел эту "школу", примерно так все и выглядит. У нас даже уборщица принимала участие в сборке авто. Да, для начальства авто собирают в ручную.

As an American, I will say this is the problem with the West; a diminishing labor pool in the industrial and engineering trades. When I was in HVAC school my teacher said that in addition to lack of skilled labor, the teachers needed to teach those skills was even more dire. This is the problem with outsourcing your workforce. That being said these mens' skill in puting together these buses is awesome and will probably pass the skills to others.

No precision is needed for the bodywork. If the wheels are aligned it will drive straight. I'm more concerned about the quality of the welds. This is not a real Hino vehicle obviously.

Идеальное нарушение при работе со сваркой и установкой крепежных болтов или соединение в прочности. Нет понимания о ребрах жесткости и создания каркаса. Нет понимания усиления мест крепления соединений. Мер предосторожности нет и в помине. Нет одежды и перчаток. Нет обуви. Нет защиты от лучей сварки. Работал на производстве , в СССР, на заводах страны. Город Керчь и Севастополь в основном. Чтобы получить профессию надо было пройти обучение - сдать экзамены. На производстве закреплен был, как и все молодые специалисты, за произаодственниками - имеющих разряды. Пройти Инструктажи и Правила Техники Безопасности и Эксплуатации

They use sheet steel salvaged from breaking up old cargo ships, so the steel has scars and rust pits and weld marks. It's all about appearances, so they bondo the frame to make it look like they're using new material. About the only new steel I saw them using was the 4" C-channel for the floor. The rest was whatever came off the last 25 year old oil tanker or cargo ship they dismantled at the ship breaking yards. Masters of recycling, I'll give them that.

@@kimkimpa5150 Very few of those welds will hold up over the long term. They were just basically "pecking" the welding rod to the metal, doing a series of small tack welds. Tack welding is great for temporarily holding something in position while aligning your work, but they should have done full continuous weld beads for the entire length of the weld joint in order to get full penetration into the parent metal, and therefore, strength.

They just..... tack weld everything together.... They just Tacked the engine mounts, I kept waiting for them to remove the motor to be able to run a full bead on the engine mount plate to the frame rail or the transmission crossmember to the framerail.... but.... they just kept chugging along... I understand having lack of equipment, but they had the equipment, they just didn't do the work, time is money i guess.....

All of these style of videos in 3rd-World nations just display how far behind these nations are, how uneducated the people are, and how much time it's going to take before they get in line with the rest of the developed works.

To name a few: The elite in the society want to keep the majority uneducated so they can be exploited for their time and labor. To keep accumulating wealth and resources themselves they are willing and able to do whatever it takes to keep the status quo. Lack of government laws implementation and corruption is another example they control the masses. Lack of health care, housing, sanitation and other facilities are bogged down for the masses while elite can throw cash and get anything served on a silver spoon. Lists just goes on and on. And all of that was because the countries were robbed of their wealth and resources to begin with by the colonizers to begin with so it's a $*** situation all around to begin with.

@@garnerifigous Planes - yes. But manufacturing methods have gotten much more refined. Cars and trucks - in the western world, barely any. The Beetle and the 2cv lasted a long time, but both went out of production decades ago. You'll also barely find any diesels with mechanical injection systems on the road these days.

Its not OFFICIAL HINO at all, its made in local factory and are way cheaper than Hino Pakistan buses.
