Thank you for joining us on this crazy journey! Our family- Kate and Marius plus our five kids, have always enjoyed living a homemade life whenever possible. Moving 1000 miles north in 2017 to Northern BC, Canada upped our game even more. We live on a 34 acre homestead and get a kick out of things like raising our own meat, dairy and vegetables. Theres plenty of failures, you’ll be sure to see those here too. We’re a homeschooling family who believes life is the best teacher but we do hit the books in winter. I’m so glad you’re here, I hope you stick around!

Holy yum!!!! I mixed this up tonight, and I'm hooked. I enjoyed it on a baked potato. The shrooms give that nice unprocessed msg umami. Best seasoned salt, ever.

I bet you could make some delicious homemade cream of mushroom soup with those mushrooms and seasoning salt.

YUM YUM YUM I can't wait to try this. I LOVE mushrooms and as I'm just learning the various types that grow on my property this will be perfect way to use the mushrooms I like less cooked. Thank you for sharing

Kate… I have a tip for you… place a piece of scan wrap between the container and the lid so you save getting the powder from the lid. I just wait a minute or 2 to let the dust settle. I’m going to try this… I wish knew which wild mushrooms were safe to eat.

Swear I was telling my friend about msg last week and how I was basically realizing I am probably addicted to it hardcore...I am trying to replace the packaged stuff for the real deal. Every week I do a little more.
