The video cuts off, it tells how billiard balls were made out of ivory, which at a certain time you would get from elephant tusks when it was legal to hunt, but it then talks about how billiard balls started to be made out of phenolic resin, and how the Albany Billiard Company from Albany NY(Defunct in 1986) was the first company to really hone in on the development of Phenolic resin balls. Of course now all pro Billiard balls are made by Aramith (Saluc) in Belgium and beat out the Albany Billiard company in 1986. Then it just cuts to some pool trick shots.
