Love it!! Just a small suggestion - the little summary after the handstand drills was perfect, then you can just screenshot the different drills/movements so you don't have to go through the video to remember them☺️ I find that very useful for these drill-videos! Thank you so much for the effort!!

Wow Annie, this really helped. II almost got it for a second there. I find my self weaving around and cant keep a straight line (like a drunken sailor really)... Is that normal at first?

Excellent I loved the explanation, I know of some who are afraid of doing handstad. I still can't do handstad walk, this exercise also generates pain in my wrists.

Hi Annie, for those like me, that have poor hip mobility (busy working on improving it), what hip mobility exercise would recommend before attempting the box holds? EDIT: And my shoulder mobility isn't the greatest though (busy working on that too)🤦🏻♂️

You can do floor lunges they're basically lunges but with the bent leg completly extented in this case and theb you drop thar leg to the floor and oush from the leg that's holding your weight the more you push forward with your back straight of course and open heart (chest ) put your hands by your waistline and push forward , you're gonna feel it in your pelvis definitly
