If you install them to where they hang from the bottom of the T you'd have lighting on the inside as well as some lighting on the outer side of the deck

An Allen key in the drill chuck will screw those eye bolts in. I’m notorious for running two drills when doing things like tapcons.

What if your deck doesn't have railing?

Rather use zip ties in case I want to remove them.

I know I said on a previous video but I would recommend you stain your deck as well, looks to be getting weathered.
