Wow, this is a much stronger motion than I'd expected. I can't believe all that evidence was withheld by the defense. It seems like an even stronger case than for Baldwin (and it seems unfair that she has a higher standard to meet for reversal/dismissal than he had just because he was in the middle of a trial rather than post-verdict).
