A 25-year-old woman will now be spending the rest of her life behind bars because of her decision to take the law into her own hands. Hannah Payne was found guilty in the death of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring in Clayton County, Georgia after a traffic accident turned deadly. Payne decided to chase down Herring who she assumed to be drunk, but in fact, he was suffering a medical emergency. After their encounter ended in a fatal gunshot ending the man’s life, Herring’s family was left with more questions than answers. Could there be more to this story than meets the eye? The Shade Room investigates…

No she will not. She has to do a minimum of 30 + 13 years. That is why her lawyer tried to get the 13 years probated. Even if they let her out after 10 years, she has 13 years behind that time. Her goose 🦆 is cooked....

This is why some folks ought to NOT have a gun. She had it wrong - didn't need to involve herself - CERTAINLY didn't need to pull out her little pistolè... she could have listened to the 911 operator, but no - she HAD to take matters into her own hands, just so sure she knew what was going on at this time...
