The north of the Great Wall is not Chinese territory. It was ruled by Mongols, Manchurians, and Koreans. Qin Shi Huang built the Great Wall to block the so-called Northern Orangkai. Later, China was conquered by the Mongolia and also Kim(金) Dynasty founded by descendants of korean Kim Ham-bo. Around 100 BC - Ancient civilization began in Japan when Koreans landed with iron weapons in Japan, where primitive people in the Stone Age lived. Japanese history is the history of the Korean people "High-tech science has proven historical truths that no one has ever told you. The study made it clear that the Yayoi people are descendants of people from the southern part of the Korean Peninsula." The Han Chinese along with Vietnam, were grouped in a different lineage, showing genetic differences from Koreans. O2b: This type can be said to be the core of Koreans' unique Y chromosome. It accounts for 37.3 percent of Koreans, but is rarely found in China. O2b is mainly distributed in Japan (31.9 percent) and Manchu (3.8 percent) outside of the Korean Peninsula, so O2b can be said to be a unique gene of Koreans and Japanese people "direct ancestors of korean are members of the ancient Asian and Tungus ethnic group that migrated from Siberia in the Neolithic Age, and linguistically belong to the Altai ethnic group." "In addition to the Yayoi (Yamato people) of the Doraein line who crossed from the Korean Peninsula, there are also the Ainu lineal descendants of the Jomon people of the indigenous people of the Japanese archipelago." Japanese civic group claims, "It is the same as the annexation of Korea and Japan, reunification of East and West Germany." 2018-11-2008:30 A report was sent to the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in Korea to demand "correct the fabrication of facts in Korea." At the time of the annexation of Korea and Japan, the Japanese ruling class thought that they were unified.they granted equal rights to Koreans through "Korea and Japan are One' policy(內鮮一體). @@user-ur5ys3yt6p That's a lie. Recent research has shown that no humans lived on the Korean Peninsula between 10,000 and 5,000 years ago. It has since been discovered that the Jomon people of Japan from the south and the Jurchen people from the north immigrated to the Korean peninsula, and the Koreans were born as a result of interbreeding. In terms of civilization, iron and bronze tools were introduced to Japan before the Korean Peninsula. The DNA of Japanese rice is different from that of rice on the Korean Peninsula. Earthenware was originally produced in Aomori, Japan, and was introduced to Korea 5,000 years later. Buddhism and Chinese characters were introduced to Japan through Baekje, because Baekje was a vassal state of Japan. In the south of the Korean peninsula, there are many large Japanese-style tombs built during the Baekje period or earlier, and many Japanese artifacts have been discovered inside. There is no Korean grave larger than this, which is proof that the Japanese ruled this region. After the Battle of Hakushonko, Japan no longer controlled Korea, and the entire Korean peninsula became a vassal state of successive Chinese dynasties. The Korean Peninsula became independent after Japan won the Sino-Japanese War. To celebrate this and express gratitude to Japan, the Independence Gate was built in Seoul. However, since the Koreans did not work and had no will to fight, they were unable to maintain their independence and begged Japan to annex them. Japan should have refused, but since Hirobumi Ito, who was against the annexation, was assassinated, the supporters gained the upper hand and the annexation was realized. Japanese aid greatly improved the lives of Koreans. Then Koreans started having sex and the population doubled. While the Japanese were shooting guns on the battlefield, the Koreans were shooting sperm in their beds.

Admiral Yi might not have said much in the movie, but he actually wrote lots of things and made lots of quotes in his diary during the Imjin War. It's called "Nanjung ilgi." One of his most famous quotes was "必死則生, 必生則死" meaning "Those willing to die will live, and those willing to live will die." The diary seriously expressed his worries and dilemmas that he had gone through from 1592 to 1598.

Although Koreans overestimate the small losses suffered by the Japanese army from surprise attacks, you will realize that Yi Sun-shin has never succeeded in recapturing territory or territorial waters. This video is a typical historical fabrication by Koreans. There is no evidence that so-called turtle ships were ever built, and there is no record of them ever fighting against the Japanese army. The weapon of the Korean army was fire arrows. They had cannons, but they were not effective weapons. The shells did not explode, and the barrels were made of poorly manufactured cast bronze, which meant that they had short range and low accuracy. Since the gunpowder used for firing was black powder, each shot produced black smoke, which must have made it difficult for soldiers to breathe. Wakisaka of the Japanese army underestimated the Korean army and attacked alone, assuming hand-to-hand combat, and was met with a counterattack by the Korean army with fire arrows. Since the Japanese side did not have sufficient defensive equipment, this attack from a distance with fire arrows had some success. The construction of Korean ships at the time was old-fashioned and lacked keels, making them difficult to maintain straight lines and slow. Therefore, Yi Sun-shin had no choice but to retreat when the tide turned. Japanese ships had keels and could use sails to propel themselves upwind. It is easy to understand by comparing today's rubber boats and yachts. It is impossible for a Korean ship to ram a Japanese ship. Wakisaka's army totaled 1,500 men. There is a record that 900 men were mobilized for the land battle about six months later, and considering that there were also maintenance personnel for the ships, Wakisaka's army's losses would have been estimated to be around 300 at the maximum. Wakisaka himself returned safely to Busan Port on the day of the battle. The Koreans claim that Wakisaka escaped the crisis by eating seaweed, but it was several of Wakisaka's subordinates who hid on the island who ate the seaweed, not Wakisaka himself. In any case, the Battle of Gwansan Island was the last time Yi Sun-shin fought in a superior position against the Japanese army, and after that, Yi Sun-shin was defeated in every battle. This is a fact recorded in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and Yi Sun-shin's diary. Koreans claim that Yi Sun-shin's record is 23 wins from 23 fights, but of course that is a lie. This battle lasted for seven years and ended when Toyotomi Hideyoshi died of illness and the Japanese army returned home. In the end, only a few Japanese military commanders died, but most of the Korean commanders, including Yi Sun-shin, died. This weakened the Korean army, and a few years later they lost the battle with Hongtaiji, and Korea became a vassal state of the Qing Dynasty.

Admiral Yi Sun-sin's movies are very fantasy-like. Everyone would think so. However, it is rather scaled down from reality as much as possible. Actual historical records are even better. This has been completed, including cross-verification. I dare say with confidence that he is the person closest to a military god in all of history on Earth. All heroes from other countries fought with at least enormous support and supplies from their own countries. However, Admiral Yi Sun-sin fought by rebuilding everything on his own. And that too in an overwhelmingly small amount compared to the enemy. The Battle of Hansan is one of the world's three greatest naval battles. The miraculous battle is the Battle of Myeongnyang. If you write a novel like this, you'll get criticized. No matter how novel it is, it will be criticized as making no sense.

About all the casualty of battles between yi soon shin and japanese navy is recorded by japan. Before both countries historians exchanged the records, even korean historians doubted about history. For 7 years of war, by yi soon shin's command, around 70,000 of japanese forces died. And there are many letters which is written by him to king seon jo to report the result of battles. In the letters, he never talked about his own victory but only wrote names of soldiers and asked to his king "please remember them"

There are two major figures in Korean history. King Sejong the Great, who created Hunminjeongeum (Korean language) in 1446 This is Admiral Yi Sun-sin in the movie, who protected Joseon from the Japanese navy during Japan's advance into the continent in 1592. He had excellent knowledge and was good at strategy and tactics. He is a representative figure in Korean history who destroyed 333 Japanese ships with 12 Panokseon and a small number of Turtle Assault Ships. Admiral Yi Sun-sin's actions made Japan's logistics and troop supply impossible, and Japan's ambitions to occupy Korea and China ended in failure.

You're talking about letters, not language, right? People in countries like Korea that have their own language and writing system often get confused, but writing and language are different things. Sejong is known as the king who donated the most sex slaves to the Ming Dynasty in the history of the Korean peninsula. Sejong received military protection from the Ming Dynasty by forcing beautiful women to have sex with Chinese men. It is a lie told by Koreans that Yi Sun-shin won 23 games out of 23 games. After the Battle of Hansando, there was not a single battle that could be evaluated as a victory for Yi Sun-shin. Koreans are lying that the Korean army won the battle in which Yi Sun-shin was killed. It's funny. Furthermore, the Japanese army never suffered from logistics problems due to Yi Sun-shin. Japan had secured a land route from Busan to Seoul in just three weeks, so they had no interest in a sea route. This is still the case today. No idiot would use a boat to send a courier service from Busan to Seoul.

Admiral Yi Sun-sin final battle movie will be released this December. Japan is a country with high humidity, so trees are weak. Korean ships use hard wood to protect against collisions It is natural for the Japanese ship to sink in the event of a collision.

Japanese ships used cedar and cypress, and Koreans used pine, but there is no big difference in the strength of the two materials. What is important for the overall robustness of the ship is the joining method and the woodworking technology that supports it. At that time, there were no two-story buildings in Korea, but there were five-story towers in Japan. There is no doubt that Japanese woodworking technology is excellent. Furthermore, Korean ships did not have keels and were inferior in straightness and speed. In other words, Japanese ships are built like yachts, and Korean ships are built like rubber boats. The story that a Korean ship collided with a Japanese ship is also an impossible lie.

I guess he considered the idea "for the people" more important than "for the king". So even during the war, his king did not like him and was jealous of him, even though he was a hero who saved Joseon at the time. Eventually, he is unjustly imprisoned in the middle of the war and subjected to severe torture. Later, however, Joseon went through another crisis and his king and Joseon needed him. The next story will be known if you react to the second episode of Yi Sun-shin. Thank you for your good reaction and review. ^^

In fact, the number of invasions on the Korean Peninsula, including Japan and China, is about 1,000 times. Among them, Japan invaded the Korean Peninsula 700 times. For Japan to be shown badly in the movie is just to show the facts of the past. Surprisingly, Joseon had never invaded another country. Joseon was always busy defending against attacks from other countries.

Admiral Yi invented the turtle boat or 'kobukson'. Japanese ships at the time were built to transport samurai and their chief mode of attack was to board enemy ships. Cannons on such ships were useless because they had no emplacements. The kobukson on the other hand was a ship-of-war. They had cannons with emplacements for accurate firing of destructive broadsides. The ingenious metal spikes were designed to impale enemy troops and prevent boarding. The battering ram had a cannon so once lodged in the enemy ship, it would blow apart the hull. They also launched fire arrows to inflict maximum carnage on enemy ships.

When we learn history, kings and generals, kings and generals...I learned it by repeating it like this. The reason is that there are many generals in Korea who were invaded about 1,000 times and always went to war. Japan's glory became a prosperous country with what it gained from invading and exploiting its neighboring countries. Japan made a lot of money in the 1950 war between South Korea and North Korea. Even now, they don't hesitate to say that Korea should go to war. There are also many politicians who say that Japan's economy will recover. I was astonished to see an American involved in the Hiroshima atomic bomb invited to Japan and the victims forced him to apologize. That's what Japan is like. It teaches history to the people that they are victims of losing the war rather than the country that started the war. Japan is a country that encourages anti-Korean sentiment, uses it politically, and sells anti-Korean books on a large scale at bookstores.

This movie's final sequel, 'Noryang: Deadly Sea', is coming out next month. The Battle of Noryang is the last battle of the seven-year Imjin War and Admiral Yi Sun-shin's final battle. It is the largest naval battle in East Asia in which hundreds of Japanese fleet and the allied Joseon-MIng fleet fought. It was a very fierce battle because the soldiers of Joseon could not let go of the Japanese invaders, who violated their hometown and harmed their loved ones, and the Japanese soldiers must escape if they were to return alive.

Thanks for introducing the movie, The movie is 2nd movie of triology. The movie itself and all triology are based on historical fact of Admiral Sun-Shin Yi's famous battle. Surprisingly, Battle of Hansan took only a hour, and casualy of Chosun (Korea)'s side is 3 death, 10 wounded. First movie depicts the another battle that famed Admiral Yi - Myungryang, having 12 ships fought 100 Japanese ships and win without any loss. Final movie will be on cinama soon, which is final battle of Imjin wars (Japan-Korea War), and where Admiral Yi dies. Admiral Yi is claimed to be never has lost in battle. which is great accomplishment. 11 campaigns, 23 Battles he have won. His campains have blocked the supply lines of Japanese forces and also Army-naval forces that tries to go up yellow sea to reinforce/resupply the forces that has gone up north. And Yi's navy also was able to provide sufficient support not giving the Jeolla province which is Southwest end part of Korea, and which is famous and important Granary. He is claimed to be legend in Korea and as far as I know no Koreans hates Admiral Yi. due to his accomplishments saving Chosun from devestating Loss.

If you know the history of Joseon, a country before the Republic of Korea at the time, and Japan's naval tactics, you can enjoy watching it even more. Japanese ships are very maneuverable, but they are less durable. But the ship of Joseon was made of a durable ship called Panokseon. Joseon was an empire that was very serious about firepower, as it is now in Korea. Therefore, Japan's tactics were in the form of a hundred soldiers' battle to climb onto a ship that made the most use of mobility, but Joseon's tactics were in the sinking of a ship using a cannon. This difference in tactics can be seen as the birth of the undefeated Admiral Yi Sun-shin. More than anyone else, Admiral Yi Sun-shin understood these differences well.

Historically Japan attacked Joseon at the end of Sengoku period. It was during Sengoku period that Japan unified for the first time, and the conquered people lacked loyalty. For them, siding with Korea is nothing different than siding with Hideyoshi's new shogunate. I would go as far as a lot of Japanese during that time had resentment towards the new government. There were couple cases that is documented that some Japanese have immigrated to Joseon during these period. Anyway enjoyed your reaction. Yi Sun Shin is one of the greatest admirals in the history of man. Change my mind. :P This movie is great. There's also The Admiral: Roaring Currents iirc. Sick fight between 12 Korean ships vs 300 Japanese ships. I would check it out.

The background of this Seven Years' War is that the carelessness and arrogance of Joseon (Korea), which enjoyed only peace and culture for 200 years, treated Yamato (Japan) as a barbaric pirate group rather than a country. However, Yamato had a high level of tactics through clan battles for 100 years, and the 170,000 troops of Toyotomi, who unified the whole country, armed with Portuguese matchlocks and attacked Joseon. Historically, Japan has waged a surprise war without a declaration of war.The 16,000 Elite heavy cavalry that Joseon was proud of, which had suppressed the cruel northern peoples, was defeated by the Yamato Matchlock unit, and 70, 000 Joseon Army was pushed back all the way to Pyongyang. Yamato, which was a medieval feudal lord era, gained land and people if it won a war, but in Joseon, which was a centralized country, the king fled to the north, but the people and monks formed a militia and fought to the end , the Japanese army was embarrassed by the existence of the Militia.Admiral Yi Sun-sin of Joseon defeated the Japanese navy by winning all 33 naval battles despite overwhelming odds. The basic weapons of the Joseon army were bows, spears, and swords, as well as gunpowder bombs and various cannons of different sizes..The Ming Dynasty (China) sent reinforcements to help Joseon, but instead harassed Joseon by plundering and engaging in internal communication with Japan, but helped Yi Sun sin in the final naval battle.Yamato, who did not have the technology to make pottery, Taken in hundreds of Joseon pottery craftsmen to make pottery and exported the pottery to Europe, where it received favorable reviews. Joseon was unable to recover from the aftereffects of this war for 300 years and suffered the humiliation of being annexed by Japan, which it regarded as an uncivilized island, and being ruled for 35 years.A quarter of Koreans were sacrificed in this terrible war, and in Japan, there is a grave of head, ears, nose, a Korean civilian, as a record of the war. This Great War was a symbolic event in which the international status of the Korean Peninsula with 4,800 years of history was reversed by the Japanese archipelago with 1,800 years of history. 300 years later, Joseon became a reclusive country with a policy of isolation, and Japan defeated the Russian fleet through the strategy of Yi Sun-sin(T tactic, a modification of A cran's wing formation), the great naval admiral of the country it invaded 400 years ago, and later joined the ranks of the great powers. Yi Sun sin's the world's top 3 naval admiral and the turtle ship is an invincible Korean Item in the Age of Empires PC Games.

Jaby and Friend (sorry, forgot her name atm), just so you guys know, that this film is a prequel to the film "The Admiral: Roaring Currents" (2015) that to me was a slightly better film. I'm as European as you can get, ethnically, and it touched me more than "Hansan" did. There were some very emotional scenes in "Admiral" that even got me teary eyed for a moment.

Perhaps foreigners will not be able to understand a single word of Admiral Yi Sun-sin's greatness. The United States must have experienced Japan's belligerence during the Pacific War. Their Banzai charges and Kamikaze suicide attacks. Ancient Japan was even more warlike. Immediately before invading Joseon, Japan had been at war internally for nearly 100 years, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi invaded Joseon immediately after unifying Japan. They are such war demons... After the Battle of Noryang, Hideyoshi, the head of Japan, gives orders to the entire army. “Battle with Yi Sun-sin is prohibited.” Don't you understand? Those war demons were banned from fighting. In other words, the battle with Admiral Yi Sun-sin was like a natural disaster. What admiral of America's mighty naval power during the Pacific War did something like this? I have never heard of a case like this in the history of the world. An order given by Hideyoshi. “Fighting with Yi Sun-sin is prohibited” is not a joke. It actually appears in Japanese records. Even so, isn’t he the god of war?

@@user-ol8vd9jm6t It is a lie made by later Koreans to say that Yi Sun-shin won 23 games out of 23 games. Yi Sun-shin had an advantage over the Japanese army until the Battle of Hansando, three months after the start of the war, and for the next seven years, Yi Sun-shin continued to lose in every battle. This is clear from reading the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and Yi Sun-shin's diary. Furthermore, there is no record of the completion of turtle ships or of any battle with the Japanese navy. The success of the Turtle Ship is also a lie made up by Koreans.

35:00 the primary strategy of Japanese naval forces at this time was to move fast to the enemy and board their ships. As such their ships were built with lighter wood compared to the Korean oak, which made them unsuitable for a ramming war. The shrapnel incapacitating the boarding party took out the primary martial capability of the Japanese troops

Due to its geographical characteristics as an island nation, Japan developed maritime transportation and trade, which led to the advancement of ships capable of navigating through narrow and fast routes. In contrast, Korea built ships that were more durable and larger than those of Japan, making them more resistant to impact during collisions. Influenced by Portuguese traders, Japan introduced the use of firearms. The map shows that Japan acted as a barrier, being the first in Asia to be influenced by foreign trade. As a result, Japanese ships were not equipped with cannons, allowing just 13 Korean ships to defeat a fleet of 333 Japanese ships.
