The buzz lately for Tesla Accessory is the new “Hansshow H86 Rear Entertainment Screen” for the Model Y and 3.
Is the hype real or does the newest product from Hansshow disappoint? Today, I will install and provide a high level overview of this device to see how well it performs.

Can you connect a portable DVD player to this unit so that the children can watch their videos? What about mirroring from an iPhone?

Unfortunately, you cannot connect an external device to this screen. You can though, mirror from your iPhone.

Can you install this even if you have a TSL6 installed?

Yes you can, you'll just daisy-chain the connectors.

I just installed this... I can't get my daughter's Pixel Buds A to connect after pairing them to the screen and now the bottom row of dedicated touch buttons aren't responding to anything... ugh... Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Hello Matthew, sorry to see you're having issues with your new setup. Have you tried reaching out to Hansshow? You could also try to reset the unit and see if that helps out.

The built in speakers don't work for me, any idea why? Trying to contact for support but they don't seem to answer. I also don't have the rear seat sensor switch option in my settings, is there an update I have to install?

It might be a silly question, but did you connect the speak wire to the main unit?

@@TheAutomotiveFanatic I did, I think. There was only 2 wires to connect to the unit. Sometimes the speaker works for a second though and then it cuts off and I can't get it to work again.

@@allsan6 I would send an email to Hansshow support to see if you might have a defective unit.

I installed the unit but the software malfunctioned and did a factory reset. Now none of the applications are there (no Netflix, no CarPlay, etc.) Do you know if there is a way to re-install the software? I haven't been able to get help from anyone.

Did you try side loading apps? In short, you need to download the app APK file, place it onto a USB, then install it from there.

@@TheAutomotiveFanatic I figured out that the issue was that the custom settings on the buttons on the bottom of the screen were erased. So I had to reprogram the A-G buttons and now I have access to the applications. They were there I just couldn’t get them on the screen. Used default password of 1234 to gain access to these setting.
